India Tiger Safari was started with a single-minded goal: To promote wildlife tours with partners who assist sustainability and are making an impact locally in India’s wildlife tourism. As a tour operator, we have a very dynamic environment committed to India’s future by supporting visionary hotels, lodges and travel partners, seeking to provide authentic and sustainable experiences within a trusted, mutually-beneficial relationship. We use Travel Operators for Tigers (TOFT) certified lodges wherever possible. Our director is one of the founder directors for the organisation.

Backing Environmental Conservation

We back initiatives for environmental conservation by way of supporting organizations and individuals who are doing sustainable practices to save the wildlife park's environment from collapsing due to adverse human activity. Through our partners, each safari funds human-wildlife conflict resolution, anti-poaching activities, wildlife research, reducing cattle grazing pressure, encouraging organic farming and waste disposal, etc. We work with partners who are doing pioneering work as protectors of the natural habitat where big cats of India are found, Tigers, Lions, Leopards, and Snow Leopards. We want to safeguard that future generations can enjoy India subcontinents natural world and the incredible species that live within it.

Sustainable Accommodation & Service Providers.

We use lodges and hotel providers who are deeply rooted in their local communities and dedicated to protecting their surrounding ecosystems and cultures. The Lodges we choose for your safari are mostly TOFT / Travel Life certified Eco Lodges. Many Lodges and camps you will be staying in will offer a tour where you can witness the extraordinary ways they're reducing their environmental footprints. We use service suppliers and local handlers who are committed to sustainable practices and who apply a responsible approach to tourism, conservation, and local community involvement. The drivers we use for airport transfers and transfers between parks are locals who live around the periphery of the park. We try to ensure your money directly filters down to people who live around the area you are visiting.
